On-the-Ground G.A.P Mentoring
Embark on an adventure to East Africa. As an on-the-ground Growth & Action Plan (G.A.P) Mentor, you will have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself into a culture that may be different from your own.
You will meet with local entrepreneurs or existing small businesses in person. When you’re not mentoring, experience the scenic landscapes, vast wildlife preserves and rich culture Kenya has to offer.
Remote G.A.P Mentoring
Change the world from your living room! As a remote Growth & Action Plan (G.A.P) Mentor, you will meet with Kenyan and other East African entrepreneurs and existing small businesses remotely via phone, email, and/or video conferencing.
This low commitment opportunity allows you to share your knowledge and skills with others to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:
– Advise individuals with little to no business background seeking to start their own business
– Share your knowledge and guide clients through business planning, record keeping, financing & more!
– Develop a measurable action plan that allows the client’s business to grow
– Build new relationships & inspire clients to achieve their goals
Existing Small Businesses
What You’ll Do:
– Advise small businesses that need help solving a specific issue that is hindering business, or is looking to increase business
– Share your knowledge and guide clients through business planning, record keeping, financing & more!
– Develop a measurable action plan to either fix a problem area or to grow an area of opportunity
– Build new relationships & inspire clients to achieve their goals
